I have had a horrible experience with mymedicalloan.com. They have representatives there who are beyond incompetent and their follow through is quite poor. I was approved for a loan for a surgical procedure only to be told 1 week before the surgery BECAUSE I called them that the bank that my funding was through, and other people, notified them that they were bankrupt. I was on my way to pick up some people when my brake line burst. I went to Pomp's Tire Service because they were close. There were no customers there and the two employees did not look at all busy. I am extermely displeased with the order, since the bolster cover pillow covers were simply very common place and the damask is of far inferior quality and I was charged $200.00 for flimsy materials and poor craftmanship. I ordered books from this company and when I realized it had been well past the promised shipping date I attempted to contact them multiple times, the never replied although their contact us response says they will get back with you in 48 hours or less. We had a representative come to the house to look at our exisitng furniture and had her order the matching pieces which was represented as a model number. When it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong color. We found out that the model number on the paperwork was incorrect. California Furniture refused to take responsibility for the mistake. We discussed it with them and eventually reported them to the Better Business Bureau with no results. We were forced to sell it as a consignment and lost hundreds of dollars. I continually get emails from Ice Mountain that are intended for someone who is a current customer and is not paying his bill. I tried to unsubscribe the email from the company but w/o knowing your account # (and I am not a customer) you cannot unsubscribe. Then the fan stopped working, and it was replaced. I have a complaint posted by one of my competitors that try to ruin my business and I turned to Credo Media Group to push it back. They said that if I pay them $5000 for two months they will push that complaint into the 5th page. I paid them the first month and nothing happened. When I called them, they said that it will take some more time and I should pay for the second month. I did this too and now I still don't see anything; the complaint is still there, even higher now.
