I have a complaint posted by one of my competitors that try to ruin my business and I turned to Credo Media Group to push it back. They said that if I pay them $5000 for two months they will push that complaint into the 5th page. I paid them the first month and nothing happened. When I called them, they said that it will take some more time and I should pay for the second month. I did this too and now I still don't see anything; the complaint is still there, even higher now. I ordered a Leslie Dame media cabinet on 10/13/08. It has been on back order for over a year now. During that time they slipped the expected ship date atleast 8 times. I recently purchased a 2006 Subaru Baja pick up from Sean Petty, et al. It was listed on Ebay Motors as having leather upholstery, but when I took delivery it did not have any leather. My brothers psychotic ex disapeared with his 3 week old baby and all their belongings while he was at work. She was a runnaway as a teen and several times while they were dating. I had a gift card that was given to me by my company that I hadn't used and had been expired. I called BOA and told them that the gift card was expired and asked if there was there any way I could get my money back. I've received a letter about getting fined for being out of compliance because I forgot to send in my annual meeting minutes. I made an electronic payment on 10-19-2009 on my Home Depot account. My bank gave me a confirmation number showing the funds had been transfered. On the same day, Home Depot charged me a late fee of $39.00, so I called them and they tried to blame my bank. They agreed to remove the late fee, but they refuse to remove the record of a late payment from my account and they say it will be reported as a late payment to the credit reporting companies. This company advertises "no hassle" returns and claims that there may be a restocking fee on some returns. When we wanted to return the lighting fixture, it took two weeks of daily phone calls to receive a return authorization. (There were vague excuses that didn't make sense.) We just spent our first night on our new bed. We chose to set it up ourselves and while the set up was simple, we did encounter a few problems. We have an expensive wooden 4 poster king size frame with a center board. Our bed came with a king size coverlet for the foundation which will not work with our bed frame.
