HAD A BROKEN FRIDGE SINCE JUNE 2009. I LITERALLY HAVE A FAMILY OF ROACHES LIVING IN THERE. THIS TICKET WAS CLOSED OUT AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE IN SEPTEMBER 2009. ON OCTOBER 4, 2009 THE CENTRAL COMPLAINT UNIT PUT IN A NEW TICKET AGAIN. MY FOOD IS ALL SPOILED AND I CAN EVEN PLACE ANY THING IN THERE AT ALL. IM A MOTHER WITH THREE CHILDREN AND WE HAVE TO EAT OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY AND THATS VERY COSTLY. I CALLED THE BROOKLYN BOROUGH OFFICE TO PLACE A COMPLAINT WITH THEN AND THEY ACT AS IF I WAS JUST BEING A NAG. I was a victim of Crimson Lending Group that was an advance fee loan. I found out the hard way when I didn't get my loan and lost money that I wired. Please do not be a victim of these people. They go by various names but they are frauds. Middlegate Financial Services are the same as Crimson Lending Group.

He has a phone number, chat and 2 email addresses listed on the site, he never answered my emails, didn't respond to chat, phone message is in chinese, nobody picks up.

I enrolled in what I thought was the University of Phoenix for online classes to complete an Associate's Degree that I had never found the time to complete back in September 2009. It wasn't until they had me hooked that I realized I would be attending "Axia College." Whitaker Pool & Spa is an organization that opens and closes pools year after year. They state that they have over 20 years experience. My experience unfortunately was a bad one.
When they opened up the pool earlier this year they did the following:
1) Forgot to put the ladder in
2) Did not turn on the gas line for the heater to work
3) Snapped in the pool lights but did not tighten the screws. Water entered and the light was blown. $600.00 value gone in an instant.

Purchased my desktop PC in Nov 07 along with the 3 year gold TAP insurance.. just recently our pc was acting up so we called TAP, they assesed over the phone and said it was the hard drive, they sent part and tech out... however the tech installed and still not working.. he determined the monitor has died and rang TAP to verify his work order... however TAP insurance asked me to call back in 1 hour later... so i did and then was told TAP doesnt cover the monitor?? I purchased on October 5, 2009, an NB Online Marketing program as suggested by the training program for $97.95, Instant Customers for $49.95 and PayPal Account for $14.95. Ordered several cellphone accessories. Received an order confirmation and noticed that they had dropped my apartment number from the order. Without the apartment number, the shipment would not be deliverable. When I notified them of this error, they indicated that there was nothing that they could do about it. This BBQ was advertised as stainless steel but the only think stainless on it is the outside which still looks good. However the BBQ didn't last even two years and when I called to get parts I was informed that none of the parts are warranted against rust or heat damage. Hello, this is a BBQ!!
It completely rusted out inside. The parts aren't made well enough to last even here in central Texas when kept under cover and out of the rain. I paid a lot of money for this BBQ and now I need a new one. read full review »

Scooter Store representatives give out false information in obtaining a scooter with medicare. They tell the the patient/customer that medicare requires an upfront payment. I wrote a letter to my Congressman in assistance. Medicare DOES NOT require payment up front for a scooter. Scooter Store has the option to either receive payment up front or not. They are non-participating providers. They calculate that less scooters will be sold, and they make more money selling an Electric Wheelchair. Check your local areas for providers of medical equipment to obtain any scooter ot wheelchair. Also there advertisements are misleading. read full review »

My husband and I stopped at this station for gas. The restrooms are located in a separate building with the car wash at the back of the property. When I entered the women's room I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Graffiti on the walls, tile pulled from the wall and floor and nasty toilet and filthy floor. The man at the counter told me that they paid someone "to clean". I noticed before we left that he locked the door to the restroom. This is a health hazard. read full review »

As a winner my prize was a complete photo session with Theodore Muran and his team but I was made to pay $800 to get my comps. If I had won then it should be free. He tried to get the other two girls who won to pay also and they both agreed so he has made alot of money from all of us. This is not fair.
