I placed an order on August 16 for a free 30 day trial of this product. There was no information regarding the cancellation policy. I have been charged $87.13 on August 20 and received this product. Was charged again on September 3 for $79.95 and received the product on September 21. I attempted ten times today to call, however, the phone was always busy. Mr. Fernando is very unprofessional and creepy. Don usually shows up a couple of hours late to shoots and takes a very long time to work with.
