Onstar sent me a letter dated March 2, 2007 to let me know they are dumping all Onstar customers with analog devices. Onstar suggests I purchase new 2006 or 2007 GM vehicle as a remedy. Onstar knew when they put the analog system in the vehicles that the system would be going digital, they started putting in digital compatible systems in 2002 for 2003 vehicles. This will lower the value of the vehicle for resale not to mention no more service for cell phone or Onstar. Today I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich Combo... My fries were cold, and the piece of chicken was so small it was 1/2 the size of the I bun... I bought what I thought was a one off subscription from a subsidiary of a company called Number One Music Inc based in St Kitts. I regret that I can't find the name of this company on the internet now. I quickly realized after putting in my debit card details that they were an unscrupulous organization because the subscription details shown were different and in excess of the option I had chosen before giving my card details. I am using the Payment Services for refiling my AIRTEL prepaid account since last 7 months. So, tried to refill my mobile account for last month as well.The transaction was a failure. Then I tried few days later (say 2 weeks later) ,even then the transaction was a failure. Bought a prepaid card & recharged my account. This month as well, I tried to use Internet for Prepaid refill. I have taken a home Loan from IDBI Bank and have had a horrible customer experience right through my association since January 2006. In the last incident the Bank deposited two posted EMI cheques in the same month i.e. in the month of March 2007 instead of one and as a result the second cheque bounced due to insufficient amount due to no fault of mine. I as a result have incurred a penal charge and moreover my financial rating with my Savings Bank is marred. On complaints to the collection agencies I have not had any response nor any redressal. I purchased this product (Permaslim) online, the product did not work, I cancelled the account, spoke to Fren 3 times and my account still is being charged. I am being charged overdraft fees because I do not have the money. Returned the product twice and have not received a refund. I have purchase one pair of shoes on 30.1.07 from a Bata Showroom in Hyderabad, India when there was a scheme going on. That is on purchase of Shoe worth Rs 2000/- , Rs 1000/- worth product can be purchased. Then i purchased another shoe worth Rs 1800/- but they did not have shoes for my size. They asked me to take another size and get it exchanged after 5 to 10 days after the new stocks arrive. But it is 2months till date nothing has happened. We stayed at this motel a few weeks ago on our way home from the south. The reception area looked very nice and seemed well heated. The charge was $80+ for a room. We rented a room and when we got to the room there was no heat. The man said to give it a few hours and it would get warm. Apparently none of the rooms in that motel are heated - they don't turn any heat on even in the dead of winter and it remains that way until a customer arrive to rent the room. We bought three ATV's from Scooter Depot before Christmas. When the scooters arrived one of the ATV's had no fuel filter, one of the others was used (all the stickers had already been put on), and on the other one the kill switch wouldn't work. I called NWA WorldPerks number 3 times a few weeks ago and gave up. I first had to answer many questions to "an automated system" which sometimes immediately disconnected me because my answer was not recognizable or audible. On 26/03/07, we bought 1/2kg Kala Channa from Subhikhsha Trading Services Ltd, Old Faridabad, Faridabad, Haryana. I received an e-mail saying "Get 2 Free Southwest Airline Tickets". All I had to do was sign up for one of the offers they had . I signed up for Disney Movies. I have received my confirmation of the Disney subscription but nothing further about the tickets and on top of that it automatically signed me up for some entertainment thing that I did not sign up for and they were going to use my credit card number to pay for that as well. On March 14th 2007 I went to the Regis at the Oaks Mall for a walk-in haircut which I received from a woman named Keri. It ended up being the worst one I've ever had. I lived in one of the units in WINDSOR MANOR APARTMENTS last year. Their repair service is terrible. whenever the water is leaking or toilet is clogged, it will take them 4 days to fix it. There are roaches in my and all our neighbor's units as far as I know. Swimming pool water is always dirty so it was closed most of the time. I received my Cinialb Pills from Owen Beyer and decided they weren't for me. I sent them back in the mail on 2/21/2007 for a full $75.00 refund and have yet to receive my refund. After two weeks they sent me an email saying that a request for a refund was done on 3/14/2007 and to wait 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS.
