I have a pre-paid connection 9360103440 since May 04 and faced no problem so far. Required documentation was done at the time of taking the connection. I ordered a mattress and box spring from the Westin at Home online website (the Heavenly Bed Ensamble). The Westin contracted with this company to deliver the mattress and boxspring. During delivery the company damaged a light fixture in the stairway of my house. The company refuses to fix the damaged light stating that because it was a difficult delivery they are not responsible for any damage caused. I own a 2002 Taurus purchased in Nov 2001. It currently has 57,400 miles on it, is well maintained, and was never wrecked...
