In early January 2007 I purchased a bag of Costco's Kirkland Signature "Super Premium Maintenance Formula" dry cat food. I began feeding it to my two cats. My female took one sniff and immediately refused to eat it, so we gave her a bowl of the old type of food. I have done business with Dom's Outdoor Outfitters several times in the past with no problem. That changed drastically recently. I am very sorry that I bought the Fluidity. I feel they are very deceptive in their infomercial. They tell you that you originally would pay 6 payments of $39.95. Then they say that if you order, they will take off one payment of $39.95 and you only have to pay 5. Next, they say that the machine comes fully assembled so you don't have to worry about it. Using USA PEOPLE SEARCH, who according to an employee, has a link to AP9 24PROTECTPLUS on their website, our credit card got charged multiple times AFTER our transaction with USA was closed. Thankfully our card company, who was well aware of these companies, canceled our card and reissued a new one. If you do a search with USA PEOPLE SEARCH, look out for future 'strange' charges to your account. We bought steel shed on line last year Dec. 2006. Since we received the shipment we've had missing peaces and damaged pieces. As we started to put up the frame we found out we had damaged parts and also missing parts. We have called customer service and talked to 4 different Supervisors who have told we would get a refund on the shed, and schedule a pick up. Everyone that I have spoken to is unprofessional especially Terry Frank. She claims she is the supervisor and that there is no one above her that we can speak with other than her. They constantly call my home even after they debited my account to pay off my bill without my permission. I am SSI and she took my money. I have been a regular shopper at the ShopRite in Carmel, NY since 1983, when it opened its doors to the public. A year ago, I became handicapped. I cannot use a regular shopping cart, therefore I rely on a motorized cart. There are two of them in the whole store and do not run properly. I know that BFG has a good reputation for customer support, but it seems that their support is only applied locally for US citizens. BFG claims to have 24/7 international support for its consumers, but that's not true. i have read messages on here about the credit card scam from *ONLINSUPLIER GOLETA amongst other names they are using. I was a bit luckier than most as i regular check online my credit card & as soon as i saw the 1.95 followed within 10 days by $69.95AUD + fees i rang my credit card provider & cancelled my card, so hopefully that has put a stop to the access. I bought a LexMark Z645 printer at WalMart 3 months ago. The thing has barely ran a fourth of the black ink out of it and already the paper guide or automatic feeder is broken on it. I took my phone on 3 occasions to nokia service centre in woodmead, Johannesburg.despite this my phone was never repaired properly. Since the woodmead repair centre closed down I took it to the mtn service centre at the glen and after more than 3 weeks they did not even repair the phone. I went to the Chilis in Silsbee, TX today for my lunch break. I had called in my order to be picked up. I was told on the phone that my order would be ready within 15 minutes. Dakotablue.net provided internet services to me from December 2005 to May 2006. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to vacate my place of residence. Dakotablue's contract does not provide an exclusion for this circumstance and continued to charge me (in accordance to their 'contract') for internet services I did not receive.
