I ordered two rings from them which they sent by UPS and required an adult signature. I work so I signed the card for delivery including a copy of my drivers license indicating I am an adult (55 yrs old) but they still would not leave the packages. I recently subscribed to Norton Confidential which has just complicated my life. It is idiotic, never bears in mind earlier instructions and just gives me grief. Do not buy from this company! There is no way to call them and they have not responded to email. They advertise there software as being able to download any TV program etc. They don tell you it is very possibly illegal and beyond that it downloads extra programs that you do not need.
