I received just this morning another shipment of pills from this company after telling them to stop and also telling them the pills made me violently sick! On 01/05/07 I ordered a 42 inch Hisense LCD HDTV from Tiger-Direct. This TV arrived via UPS on 01/11/07. The problem starts here. The TV had no display, just audio. After several calls to Hisense USA I was directed to contact Tiger Direct for return instructions. I purchased this TV in March of 2006. I had a service problem with it two times. I contacted Sony after troubleshooting. I was told to take it to a Sony service dealer. We have lived at this address for 26 years. In 2006, our 2005 tax W2s were sent back to our employers. This caused an extended delay in our tax refund and subsequent plans for vacation. I had ordered a camera on Nov. 26th 2006 online using a credit card. I called a week later to determine why my order had not been processed. Unknown to me there is a required confirmation call on the customers part. Finally the order was processed over the phone. My camera arrives on Dec. 10th 2006. Last week I made a purchase for a free 15 day trial of the thin tabs and all I was to pay was the shipping charge of $4.95. On Saturday I checked my debit card statement online and there was a charge for $149.95 from Thin Tabs that I never authorized. I called the sales number and of course noone has called me back. I bought a dishwasher at the Market Mall HBC on Jan.6th 2007. Delivery was to be Jan, 13th. I was called and that date was changed to Jan. 19th. Then the date was changed again to Jan.30th. This was confirmed by a phone call from them so I waited for the 4 hour delivery window and called only to find that the dishwasher was still in the warehouse. My husband and I rented a Uhaul truck to move about 25 miles on a Sunday. About 3 hours into having the truck, we noticed that a rear tire was flat. (We had been loading the truck during this time, so we did not notice it right away.) I am complaining about the “new” BP Card that I was coerced / mislead into getting which replaced the traditional gas card. The new card is a Credit Card full of fees. If you are a customer of airtel prepaid USA call India then be careful, keep checking your account (money) regularly. They are deducting extra money on each call. It happened with me today itself. We purchased a front load washer and dryer in 1999 from Sears, I've tried on phone to get help with problem machine quality is is very poor. The tub spider (trans) completely oxidized and came apart. I'm a commercial laundry mechanic for 26 yrs. The only way i can purchase part i need is to purchase new tub assembly. No one at Sears would give me any assistance.
