I purchased a new airtel connection postpaid in Nov 06 particularly for GPRS Mobile internet. From day one till date (06 Feb 07), i am unable to connect to GPRS as normally as my colleagues do. I don't know if it is a problem with sim or network. I had filed 5 complaints against the same in airtel 121, but no response. I had visited airtel outlet number of times but no improvements. I just bought a New 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and was very excited at the time of purchase. However on the day I went to pick up my plates for my new vehicle the check engine light came on. I purchased Live Onecare a few months ago. Now I upgraded to Vista 64. Onecare doesn't work with vista 64. Why would a company that made both programs hang there paying customers out to dry? I am a resident of the Beltsville/Calverton, Maryland 20705 for the past 22 years. I'm writing this on behalf of my girlfriend; The Motorvehicle, VW Beetle, was taken to McLean Motors on Queens road, Everton Hills , QLD. There was an issue with the rear drum break locking up after the car had been standing still, and a steering wobble (steering rod). 2 Days and ~$850 Dollars later, the car was finished after being told several earlier expected completion dates. I had this company come over to my apartment and replace a breaker which cost $458.00 and troubleshoot a short on the 3rd outlet the short was found, this cost $851.00. I am so upset and disappointed with Sears. When we moved into our home, i bought all my appliances at Sears - stove, microwave, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. I also purchased the warranties for all the appliances. I make sure that service is done on all the appliances every year as is recommended. 1 and half year back I have purchased one dvd hi-fi system of phlips, and within 5 month it got some technical problem, I contacted with service center and they had replaced my dvd. But after 9 month that replaced dvd started showing technical problem (track struck, system hang etc) when contacted the service center on 13/01/07 they told me to submit the dvd. They send a brochure that you have to pay for. They then use the credit card info to bill customer for fictitious services. Back in May 2006, I asked for an OSactionline brochure to be sent to my home and I paid the postage using my credit card. Brooke Franchise sold me 2 insurance agencies which they represented had certain levels of income and certain insurance company contracts after purchasing from Brooke at an inflated price 5 of the major companies canceled their contracts thus running off 80% of the customers. I also had a horrible experience! I was suckered into this by being told I was entered into a draw and that I won a vacation package. I unfortunately signed up, but was lucky enough to realize my mistake in time and asked for a refund 1 hour after signing up. Buy a bundle of DIGITAL CABLE TV/INTERNET from rogers and get a bundle of problems from them in terms of billing. Monies are billed under one bill but customer service has to be done under different departments.
