During my 2 years of service with sprint pcs, I was told that the only way for me to make payments to my account was to go to a sprint center or mail a check. I tried to change this so I might make payments on-line or over the phone. The company's customer service REP. told me this was impossible. When my contract expired I switched to Verizon. While the St. Gregory appears to be a luxury hotel on the outside the suites, at least the one we stayed in had a serious problem. BEDBUGS. We informed the desk staff to no avail. I had approached a driving school called Sri Ram Driving School for car driving lesson for my domestic help 20 years old and was told that for a payment of 1500 he would get 28 sessions of 8 Kms driving .I was asked to make a payment of 1000 Rs for which he gave me a stamped receipt. Mr David Scott Mosher and accomplice Nancy Guajardo are using fraudulent credit cards to purchase money orders and other services from different pack and mail stores around us and Puerto Rico and after receiving the checks, they are claiming credit card chargeback to their banks so the issuers of the money orders don't get paid. I had a HP 517 digital camera that would not take more than 3 or 4 pictures before the "battery dead" message appeared and it shut down. Sometimes turning it off then on again would "revive" it. This is an apartment complex. The quality of service is terrible. The maintenance staff aren't dependable and very slack on their job. The apartment manager gets stressed out and very defensive when you report problems in your apartment. She doesn't care as long as it doesn't affect her.
