I am thoroughly disgusted as I just opened a brand new package of Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch cereal only to find there were live, little bugs not only in the box, but in the cereal bag as well. An unopened bag of cereal should NOT have ANYTHING but the cereal in it. This USED to be my favorite cereal, but not if this continues. It makes you wonder what's going on at the factory. I have Cingular Roadside Service on Dec 28, 2006, I had a flat in Southfield, MI and contacted my CINGULAR ROADSIDE SERVICE to come change my flat. This Dealership in Dickson Tn. is the worst ever. Payed for new vehicle on a Friday, truck out of state, received call on Monday wanting more money because in order to have step rails a lift kit had to be put on. I have booked my household gods from Noida to Bhilai from Shri Blaji Packers & Mover. Due to negligency of transporter my material have damage during transit. he transporter has done the forgery with me after taken the additional money of Rs.7000/- he had unload the goods in his go down and shifted the material in another truck with the other machines. Feels like I live in the Bermuda triangle. Neighbors 1 1/2 block on either side of me can get DSL and for two years the company has told me they would have it where I could get it by spring of the year. Still no internet. I purchased an Apple iPOD shuffle for my son for Xmas 2005. In June, he had to return it for repair. He was told he had to send it to HP (Hewlett Packard). Be aware of these quick oil change places. While they may do a good job with an oil change they will also try to find things worn out and sell you replacements at high prices. For example they told me my wiper blades were worn out. Not likely as they were two week old Bosch IKON blades and I showed them the receipt. Then they said the transmission fluid was dirty. I went to visit the doctor because I had a a problem with my lower back. I was in pain and my left side was swollen. The nurse asked me if I had any other concerns. I told her that I had significant weight gain and I was not sleeping more than 2-4 hours per night. From the 93% staff turnover (no joke), to the unqualified "wine bar manager" Executive Director who had NO previous experience with elderly or a large group of staff prior to this, to the worn out carpeting, lack of maintenance, and rude staff... I have WLL connection sine last two years. The battery back up is not at all working,means the instrument won't function without external power supply. When contacted the Customer care demands me to pay for a replacement battery. This is absurd and shocking as the instrument is the property of Tata Indicom, they need to maintain and replace it unless the instrument is damaged by the user just like any other telecom e.g. BSNL. I purchased my brand new 2006 V8 Toureg on 11/20/06. 4 Days after the check engine lite went on for the first time. Since then it has been at the dealer 5 times and so far 18 days in the 2 months I have had it. It is still there they say for at least 10 more days.
