Sears - Extended Warranty
February 1, 2007
Bought a Sears Chainsaw sping of '06. Also purchased the extended service agreement (maintenance warranty) as the salesman promised me it would "take care of anything that went wrong". After the ice storm in Jan of 07 I had several trees damaged and was clearing them with the chainsaw when it quit, and wouldn't restart. I took the saw to the local sears maintenance center, they shipped it off to the repair facility. I got advisory back to call the repair facility, which I did, they advised it would cost me 115.00 + to fix the... read full review »

Moore On The Move
February 1, 2007
Moore on the Move moved my belongings on 10-28-06. Their personnel broke a double headboard mirror and promised to replace. They also stole an Ipod and Razr cell phone from the house and boxes moved. I complained numerous times to Tim and Terri Moore (well documented). Terri refused to hear my complaint about stolen goods. After three months of runaround, finally delivering the glass mirrors (that would not fit), they refused to make send out someone to fit the glass and refused to return my calls. I asked for a claim form to make an insurance... read full review »

I am getting extremely annoyed. I get calls everyday, and the messages they leave annoy me incredibly. I get a message that only says Hello? Hello? on it, everyday. Each day the same woman says Hello? Hello? on my answer machine. I finally *69 it and got this number. I wanted to know where it was coming from. I wish they would stop. read full review »

Taco Bell - Washington St. & Lynhurst Indpls
February 1, 2007
January 31, 2007 I went to Taco Bell at Washington St. & Lynhurst Indpls, IN and I got the new Grilled Taquitos for $1.79. Store #002969 Phone #317-241-1530. I was very disappointed it was half filled and what was filled was only a skim of meat and cheese. You didn't even know you had eaten anything. You need to get them to fix their food better it sure was not worth $1.79. I will never go back there if this is the way they serve their portions. read full review »

Air Canada / Aeroplan Card
February 1, 2007
I have been a Aeroplan Card holder since 1993. At that time I was using Air Canada for business trips and the point system seemed like a great way to save up for free trips. I had hoped to save enough points so that when I retired I would be able to go on a nice Holiday. It is now 2007, I am now retired. I hadn't used my Aeroplan card since 2002. I phoned the 800# to see how many points I had... they said 0. I found my 2002 statement and it showed 36,835 points. I phoned them back and they said if your card was unused for 3 year... read full review »

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Cincinnati Ohio

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Cincinnati Ohio. I was informed we were the second drivers of the car which was new. The Man renting us the car took a quick walk around the car and there was no visible damage. I drove the car back to where we were staying and we settled in. The following morning while driving the car, I noticed a crack developing at the bottom of the windshield. There were extreme temperatures at the time and the crack seemed to grow before my eyes. At no time did anything hit the windshield (stone, rock... read full review »

Sam's Club - Extended Warranty
February 1, 2007
Last year I purchased an HP Laptop from Sam's Club. The factory warranty from HP was one year. I purchased an additional 2 years warranty from Sam’s. My first year service from HP was excellent. At the end of the warranty I had a mechanical problem with the mouse Pad and sent it to Sam’s warranty Co for service. They returned it un- repaired with no explanation. I called and was told that the warranty would not apply because the machine had been abused. After lengthy discussion they claimed that that there was water... read full review »

ICICI Bank - Pune (Bund Garden Branch)
February 1, 2007
I visited the Bund Garden branch, of the ICICI Bank in Pune to open an account as an NRI needing a Credit Card. The information that is given is only half true and you only discover this after you have parted with your hard earned dollars. You lose about 8% in the exchange rate as soon as you open the account, considering the best they can offer is about 5.33% per year you have already lost 1 1/2 years interest in a couple of seconds. The minimum amount to open the account is $400. Then you find out that you as an NRI from USA (other... read full review »

My experience with Golds gym in San Diego was nothing like any other gym I have ever been to in my life. The problem that I had with Golds is that Golds would have hoped to become my historical partner but also never offer anything financially to the entire world other than closing gym costs. You see Golds figures too advance at all things whether they were there or not it wouldn't make a difference. Maharastra State Electricity Board is the worst Electricity Board ever. This could easily be an understatement. An unopened bag of cereal should NOT have ANYTHING but the cereal in it. This USED to be my favorite cereal, but not if this continues. It makes you wonder what's going on at the factory. I know for a fact it didn't come from my home because I opened another brand new, unopened box of Life cereal and no bugs were present and both boxes were in the same cabinet. read full review »
