We have a double Americast porcelain sink which was installed in our remodeled kitchen approximately 7 yrs ago. Over the past 10 months, the top ridge of the sink has been cracking a rusting and the back lip where nothing touches it has chipped off porcelain and is cracking and rusting. My wife and I bought a bedroom set from these people. We were given a time frame for delivery, but were told to call them in two days for a specific date. In Sept 2005 I ordered a "Flavor Wave" oven after watching an infomercial on tv. The company that manufactures this item is "Thane International". I received my order in about 6 weeks and put it away to give to my wife for Christmas. The company has not activated South Zone roaming requested by me on 22.12.2006 though they have acknowledged the message and assured to process the request with in 48 working hours. I contracted with Mayflower to move my household goods from VT to TN. Their professional estimator inspected my cargo and quoted $1475. This is a con operation. On 6th Oct 2006, they came to repair my treadmill, collected $185 and told me that they will come by to replace the part for which they collected the money. That was the last I heard from them. Phone calls are not returned. We purchased the washing machine/dryer set in Dec. 2000 and have had nothing but problems with the washer. In October 2006 we were pressured into purchasing a timeshare with El Cid Resort in Mazatlan with a verbal promise that they would sell the Timeshare that we already owned with Mayan Palace. I ordered a storm door. I said, per their instructions, standing inside looking out my current storm door has hinges on the right. They sent me a door which had hinges on the left.
