I had a credit card account with First North American National Bank in 1997. I don't recall the account number, but the account was overdue and turned over to Attorney William D. I purchased 2 Bionaire humidifiers (BCM5520RC). They humidify beautifully as long as the filters work. However, the filters last 3 weeks at best using the instructions in the manual and not a moment longer. I wrote to Bionaire, to Holmes (who manufactures both the filter and the humidifier, and to Lowe's (where I purchased the product) advising them that the cost of the filter's are prohibitive to the running of the equipment. This morning before work, I pulled out a brand new pair of black socks, a product of Garmentex International - carrying the name of USA Sports by Big Yank. The delivery service is BAD. I bought laundry appliances and the department store uses Two Amigos for delivery. The store offers setup (excluding connecting hoses), as stated on their web site. Two amigos did not do anything. They delivered the wrong Dryer. When the deliverymen came to replace the Dryer, the young man was sullen and sour attitude. I was recently informed that the Renewal Interest Rate on my fixed annuity will be 3.75% for 2006. I began this annuity last year (2005), aware that we were and remain in a period of rising interest rates. The introductory rate was 4.75%, a very good rate, although not excessive. Now Genworth seems to be low-balling the interest rate for 2006, perhaps to make up for the introductory rate. This store is bad news. my son ordered a jacket 12-28-06 and to this date 01-30-07 (30 days) still hasn't received his order. I finally assisted him in calling every half hour still getting and answering machine which couldn't understand the person's message. Finally after 4 hours of calling i was able to talk to someone. After fully stating the disappointment in the company i did get a tracking number. Will have to wait to when it comes. Hoping we don't have to deal with them to send anything back. I purchased a can of Steak and Potato's Campbells Chunky Soup. When I heated this soup it had a odd smell that filled the whole room. I then preceded to take a small bite of the heated soup with my nose over the bowl it smelled like vomit and I had a vomit aftertaste from the little bit that I tasted. I swear someone had to vomit in this soup and I just think that is totally disgusting. I then poured the soup in the trash. It made me wonder how can we trust our manufacturer's. I purchased the oven in Oct 2005, in October 2006 it caught fire. Maytag repaired and extended the warranty. In December the bottom oven stopped working. For a number of years, I have had an RBS CashBack Platinum Mastercard which I kept in good standing. In December, my statement did not arrive and I missed the payment. Purchasing upgrade software from the HP site did nothing to restore operation. We have over 50 or 60 freightliner over the road tractors. They mainly have Mercedes power plants in them. We have had the worst possible experience with these trucks then any tractor that we have ever had in the 40 years that I have been in transportation. Many Arvin Meritor rear end failures, about 40.
