My GE washing machine broke and flooded the laundry room. The repairman opened up the washing machine and found that the drainpipe between the tub and pump had split. He stated that this was very unusual. Upon further investigation he discovered that two of the dampening straps (shock absorbers) were broken. Why did they break? I was notified by capital one credit card representatives, that I was late on payments from charges that started in December of 2006. I payed the card off so I had a zero balance and new this. So as we investigated this we found the first charge started in December with a 14.95 charge from dream works then several 74.95 charges from a company named XtremeBurnRX to a sum 0f several hundred dollars. I have purchase one pair of shoes on 30.1.07 from a Bata Showroom in Hyderabad, India when there was a scheme going on. That is on purchase of Shoe worth Rs 2000/- , Rs 1000/- worth product can be purchased. Then i purchased another shoe worth Rs 1800/- but they did not have shoes for my size. We stayed at this motel a few weeks ago on our way home from the south. The reception area looked very nice and seemed well heated. The charge was $80+ for a room. We rented a room and when we got to the room there was no heat. The man said to give it a few hours and it would get warm. I bought what I thought was a one off subscription from a subsidiary of a company called Number One Music Inc based in St Kitts. I regret that I can't find the name of this company on the internet now. I quickly realized after putting in my debit card details that they were an unscrupulous organization because the subscription details shown were different and in excess of the option I had chosen before giving my card details. Onstar sent me a letter dated March 2, 2007 to let me know they are dumping all Onstar customers with analog devices. Onstar suggests I purchase new 2006 or 2007 GM vehicle as a remedy. Onstar knew when they put the analog system in the vehicles that the system would be going digital, they started putting in digital compatible systems in 2002 for 2003 vehicles. I have taken a home Loan from IDBI Bank and have had a horrible customer experience right through my association since January 2006. In the last incident the Bank deposited two posted EMI cheques in the same month i.e. in the month of March 2007 instead of one and as a result the second cheque bounced due to insufficient amount due to no fault of mine.
