I gave my Nokia 6600 to the Micronas Telecommunications (Authorized Nokia Customer Care, Noida), they charged me 30 for my snag and then handed over the cell to me. Bought an Evenflor Tribute car seat from Sears several months ago. Because we didn't need it until recent months, when our child outgrew the other car seat, we didn't open the box. Upon opening it, the product was broken. Tried to exchange the item to Sears, but they declined because it's past their 3 month exchange policy. Told us to contact the manufacturer. The manager of this hotel has not business being in the customer service field she was rude blew me off when I complained about the noise and told me it was just the way things were at that hotel.
