I had purchased one Videocon Television on October 31, 2005. I had logged a compliant 15-20 days before and about my television in Videocon Service Center and my complaint number is DJV6I17000. After logging the complaint the first day an engineer from videocon come, but he was unable to fix the problem. He committed us to come next day to fix the problem but neither he nor any other engineer comes to attend the complaint. We are continuously talking in the videocon service center but no action has taken so far. We had also talked to the senior persons of videocon but of no use. This is an unfortunate story about what happened this afternoon. My wife and I went to a Starbucks at Georgetown, Washington, DC to get an iced coffee. I gave a cashier a $5 bill and a $1 additionally because my wife wanted to have some quarters for a parking meter. I didn't realize at first, but the cashier gave me the change but it was $2 short. On 11/02/2005, I took my car to Price’s Auto Service to have the water pump replaced. When the car was brought in, Price’s showed us some bent intake valves from another engine. I was warned that the same thing could happen to my car, unless I had the timing chain serviced at the same time. I agreed to have the additional work done. We purchaced an LG LCD television and LG "French Door" refrigerator on 7/12/06. At the time the salesman asked if we'd like BB to come out and set up the tv. We declined. I had a GM recall service done on my 2001 Yukon XL and the fuel pump failed 7 days afterward, stranding my family for 3 days in a distant location. GM Customer Service says there is no relationship to the recall repair and the fuel pump failure based upon the service station's reply to their telephone inquiry. There was no indications of failure prior to the recall. The service center had to remove my tank and drain it to enter the tank. The wiring harness that was changed was connected to the fuel pump. Liverpool servis washing machine. bought a servis washer on the 26th of November from great universal catalogue. I was woken with a bang and a flooded kitchen I called servis who gave me a date for an engineer to visit. I had over a week to wait and was told between the times of 8am and 5pm. I am having SEVERE problems trying to get reimbursement for clothing I had to purchase while in Paris, Bern and Lucerne Switzerland. I had travel insurance with Trip Mate. On July 4, 2006 I won a bid on a ring from auction riot.com, I still have not received the ring and it was paid for on the same day I won the bid plus shipping cost. We purchased a Sirius S50 receiver from Circuit City in December 2005. It was no longer working by June 2006. We took it to our local Circuit City for repair and they denied us becuase we bought the unit online. The online service rep. referred me to Directed Electronics for repair. Autumn Argus promised to ship a Sphynx cat to me in the UK under the passports for Pets scheme. I was told by Barbara that she had shipped to the UK before and she would get the blood tests started. In November 2003 we purchased a Kenmore Elite Dishwasher Model #16473. Within the year we noticed that the counter- top just above the dishwasher was bulging out due to the steam which went straight up into the countertop. This is a major business that intentionally rips off its customers. The business should not be allowed to charge so much interest and sometimes charges that are not explained. I was recently ripped off by RAC here in Galveston Texas. I had been a customer of RAC since 1998. I received a phone call to my cell phone that I didn't recognize and I ignored it --- but then I googled it - and found your website. Back in December of 2005, some 7-8 months ago, someone else said this number was a repeat offender of unsolicited phone calls. Unsolicited phone call from 972-661-8208 - a Dallas exchange. I had only used this new cell phone number in emails to online extended car warranty companies, as far as I can recall...one in Maryland and the other one in Boston. My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt from Bill Heard Chevrolet in Columbus, Georgia. DAS Auto Shippers took delivery of my car and guaranteed to deliver the car from Phoenix to Boston in 7 to 9 days. The car arrived after 3 weeks with the following damage: the speedometer and odometer had been disconnected, which leads us to believe the car was stolen and driven. All of the windows were left open during shipment and the car traveled through very bad weather and rain. My Nokia N70 phone caught a virus and the software had to be reloaded. The phone was submitted to the service center at Ghaziabad on 11/Sep/06. The software was reloaded and the phone given back on 25th Sep. 06 but there was no battery in the phone.The battery was stolen by the authorized Nokia service center people (Ghaziabad). The service center people did not tell me that the battery was to be removed from the phone while submitting and neither did they include the battery number on the job sheet. I contracted with Randall McDaniels for a room addition Feb 2005. We made two payments, one at contract signing and one after the masonry work was complete for a total of 20K plus. We put up their ads and they promised to get back to us but didn't. By the time we realised we had lost around $300 by placing their ads. It turns out they use this technique to get free advertising and apparently have no intention of ever paying for ad placement.
