The contract with Touch of Class Construction, Inc. was signed on May 23, 2005. The sales representative presented himself as the nephew of the owner of company. This turned out to be untrue. I have a transaction on my debit card for AOL qstore I never pay for anything on the net therefore my number can't have been downloaded,also this transaction has caused my bank to freeze my account resulting in charges for unpaid bills to which I will have to go through the hassle of reclaiming, I would not have known though had it not been for my banks good management. I have had many GE appliances in the last 11 years, but after my experience in the last three years I will not purchase a GE model appliance again. A 6-year old dryer started chewing up clothes. Our 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee air conditioning evaporator developed a leak. After getting estimates from several repair shops we found out that this has been an on going problem in Jeeps and that there hasn't been a recall for this problem from the manufacturer. This repair is very expensive to repair. We paid the Jeep dealership in Merritt Island, Florida over $750.00 to get this fixed. This dealerhip also told us that a recall should have been issued for this defect but never was. I live in a town home Association and have been here 10 years. For several years we had a volunteer board. I have sent numerous complaints to Kohl’s (Eagan, MN) customer service and also have called the store manager directly, but the problem of items ringing up at prices higher than advertised continues. They constantly place incorrect signs on products, so when customers get to check out, they are paying much higher than the sign indicates. I have had DSL Service for over a year with Sisna DSL. The actual DSL Service was pretty good, but I found another DSL ISP for much cheaper. I called Sisna DSL to inquire about canceling service and that I was going to cancel service when I fulfilled my 1 year obligation. The stainless steel Maytag refrigerator is a very expensive refrigerator that will look great for about a month. The stainless steel doors are so soft that they dent like butter. On May 10, 2006 I purchased a ViewSonic VX922 LCD monitor from NewEgg.com. The monitor arrived in a couple of days, where it worked fine with only one dead pixel. I just purchased a brand new side by side whirlpool refrigerator with ice maker in the door and water. All is well with the water and ice, but at almost 3 weeks, yes WEEKS my compressor is shot. We took our new 2005 Saturn relay to the dealership for an oil change. We live 3 1/2 hours away in a small town in the mountains. On the way home it wouldn't drive any faster than 45 mph. We arrived home late that night. Next day when I backed out of the garage I saw oil on the garage floor. I called Saturn and they advised me to take it to a garage in our town. We did. The movers showed up late. Later on in the day, the man in charge demaned a tip. I told him I didn't have any cash on me. He asked me to go to the bank. I told him that I had no transportation. I had to leave early to return to Georgia. As soon as I left the man in charge told my Mother that I authorized her to give them a tip. I did not. I took my car in to be repaired fro a “steering wheel lock malfunction”. 6 weeks later they could not correct the problem. I found out that they charged me $600 for rewiring that the Saab dealership did not even do. Evidently they hired an outside person to do it, without consent. I purchashed a Used Boat from Inland Auto and Boat, Perris Ca boat dealer around May 1 2006. The first time we brought it out on the lake the engine died. The boat was returned to the dealer and they stated they would fix it. The boat was returned back to us a week later and then we took it out again, exact same problem existed but this time we had to pay a $195 tow bill to get back in to the launch area. It has been 8 weeks now, the boat has been returned back to the dealer 5 times for the exact same problem.
