I hate to be harsh but I find that the salespeople are LIARS. Here is my experience: I wanted a camera to take with me for Thanksgiving weekend. Have brought my Escalade ESV in there for both routine service as well as body shop work several times and each time, I receive my car back, they either missed something, broke something else causing me to have to go back over and over and over and over for the same issues.
