Having called them early in the day to make reservations in Ireland, we needed 3 rooms. They could only make a maximum of 2 per reservation but assured us they could do it with 2 reservations. When we finally received the confirmation e-mails several hours later, the were several errors. After multiple calls to them, finally asking to speak to a supervisor, we were cut off each time. When I made calls, I was charged 4 times more than I've talked in reality. I contacted both carrier reps and sellers. I received a phone call yesterday (4/8/10) at work from a man who called himself officer Allen Warner (with a heavy indian accent) told me that I owed $600 and if I didn't pay it that I would owe $1900 and it would go to court and I would be charged with 3 counts of federal charges. I asked if I could use this any other time since I was leaving for a long vacation during and will not be in to use the gym the first week. They said yes, no problem. Papa Dalma is a crook! He accepted payments for the $500 7 day casting. Well, its 2 months now and no results what so ever and he tells me that he cannot finish the work till I send him the rest of the money. Mr. London sent a sample of wine data base (wine product information) to me. He and I agreed to terms of buying the assumed database sample. I wire transferred the money. The contract says 3 business days from delivery of money. The date was in January. February, March, April came and I still did not receive the data base. MyFax claims to be a free service for 30 days and then if you cancel there is no cost but three months after I canceled, for which was given before the trial period was up I was billed $30.00. Considering I do keep check on my accounts I caught it and they will not have the opportunity to do that to me again, but the bottom line is they are a scam and if they do that to a lot of people who are not aware that they are being billed it can cause a lot of problems for those people and make the myfax team rich. Waste Management bills consumers in my city in quarterly installments.
