Went for brake service and noted a substancial increase in price over previous year. Found out that the cost of my pads increased %100 from previous year. District manager claimed previous proces were wrong. However when I rearched the same product at retail - it was %50 less. The pads were even %22 less straight from the dealer. I got a call from the sales person the next day telling me I better get there quick and have the money or the manager was going to sell the car a had money down on to someone else willing to pay more. Brickhouse Security is in the business of coming up with unique products, producing them WAY below par and over-charging. Either the products do not work or they are junk. I signed up my son for karate. Later, due to financial hardship, we had to cancel. I was told then that I could not cancel. Apparently the electronic payment form I signed was actually a binding contract. This was not told to me during the singing. I thought I was singing a simple authorization to charge my credit card. Jet Blue emails that your True Blue points are about to expire promise that you can prevent expiration by obtaining a True Blue credit card. They expire anyway. Customer service then says that once new points from True Blue credit card use post, they will then be reinstated -- which is not at all what they promised in their email. We bought this machine 4 years ago from Whiteford Keagy appliance store in Monroe, N.Y. It has already died and there are only three of us in the house with an average amount of laundry.
