My wife visited Hobby Lobby on 11-4-09. Went to front counter to pay and was immediately accused of trying to steal money from the company. Assistant manager further accused her and stated she did not want to see my wife in her store again. Very rude, exceptionally arrogant. When I was in NC I had US Cellular phone service for several years. My phone kept disconnecting and they said a new phone would pull in all the new towers. I accepted a new phone, not knowing that it renewed my OLD contract, which had all kinds of original "agreements" that was not on the new sheet they had me sign. I received an oil change at NTB location (766) in Sachse Texas in May of 07. In June, my car broke down. After taking it to the Honda Dealer, they found a towel installed inside my evap drain, which cause water to spill onto my ECM, requiring it to be replaced which cost $827.97. The tech obviously shoved a towel up in the drain to keep the water from dripping on him while he changed my oil. I do have the towel that was used. The management is ridiculously disorganized and unfriendly. I am generally easygoing and has overlooked a few repairs and maintenance in the apartment that were incomplete. The biggest problem was they entered and changed the lock of my apartment when i was out of town FOUR days before my lease was due. I bought a vehicle that obviously had a bad transmission that was covered up during the test drive by telling me where to go on the test drive and overfilling the transmission fluid so that it would not be noticed on the test drive. Dealer did not disclose all exsisting problems with the vehicle prior to selling it. Did anyone get any bad gas from UDF in Blanchester on Thursday June 26, 2008. After getting gas, my van hesitated like I was running out of gas. Then it started running fine.
