I am now going throught the same as others but they never got the 149 as i didnt have enough funds in my bank. They say I must pay and that i made a contract with them. This is all because i took the trial period for 5.00 then they said it automatically renews and I owe them and they will pursue it. I have since offered them 1 months subs but they say they want 6 months even thou now they have cancelled my premium membership with them. Since it was more than 15 days later, store told me to send phone back to co. & would receive replacement for only $15 postage. Salesman looked at my phone at that time. I purchased 2 tires made by Faulken om 1/20/2008 and noticed that the the front wheels shacked after the tires were put on and balanced. I also had a car alignment preformed. Called A1 Plumbing as my heater wasn't blowing warm air. Tech didn't show at all first day, waited over a cold weekend for the next guy on Monday, who was 3 hours late. I purchased and picked up a new 5th wheel in Yakima Washington in April 08 that had an Interstate battery in it. While in the parking lot t of the manufacturer the battery shorted and literally overheated. It was replaced without question. The replacement battery quit in Feb 09. Battery was properly maintained, fluid levels checked and the 5th wheel was lived in for the majority of the 10 months. Looking to buy a battery ? Young man says he is neighbor trying to raise money for a soccer tournament out of state. He says "the subscription goes to those serving in the military in the hospitals in Bagdad". Gives me a receipt and says it is tax deductible. My fault that I did not read the receipt right then and there, because it does state on the receipt it is a profit organization.
