John Moore sold me 2 toilets guaranteed with unlimited service for 6 years. I paid $1600, or $800 each, for Kohler Cimerons. I priced these at both Home Depot and Lowes for $400 per unit installed. I knowingly paid a premium for the guarantee. The first time I excercised the guarantee, the technician destroyed the toilet and then said the company would be charging for all futiure calles. I actually wanted to post I had a great moving experience with this company. Sometimes we cannot just post bad experiences we should also praise the good ones. I relocated with a roommate; we both had a lot of items to relocate. They came down to our home and gave us an estimate. We explained they needed to be accurate since we were relocating for work reasons and could not pay a penny more. They were nice and very clear about the cost. Cannot get information on CMG Group llc or OSL markteting services. No address or no legal Websites. CMG put 200.00 dollars in the banking account and was supposed to contact us to verify information and didn't talk to anyone. During the check-in process I noticed that the counter agent placed my license in a little black box. When I asked why, she said that a copy of my license was being made. I was involved in an accident in january 2006. The insurance company secured a rental for me from hertz rent a car. After a few weeks the auto leaked oil all over my garage and i had stepped in it and tracked it all through my house. I recently had a minor fender bender and immediately called Infinity to report the situation. They made an appointment for an adjuster to come see my car (and they were quite pushy about making the appointment). The adjuster never showed up and never called. Farm Bureau drafts my account monthly for my insurance premium. I did not know that I needed to pay a $25 membership fee from last year. I went into the office over the summer and they said nothing to me about the $25. On Sep 1st of this year, Farm Bureau dropped my collision On Sep 1st of this year but I was not notified. Supposeably i ordered something from the dish network and got a call from a woman saying that i was going to get a voucher from budget savers for a free gas card, and $1, 000 dollars in coupons for groceries and a gift card for WalMart for $25 free. At New Delhi railway station the announcements are quite erratic. For the EMU departing for Palwal at 15.40 the platform was suddenly shifted to another. They are a rip off and do your transaction and deposit when they want which causes hundreds in fees. This is crazy. I advise everyone to stay far away from them.
