I used to have 2 metro pcs phones. I called 2 weeks before my cycle ended, so it would give the Metro PCS people enough time to have the necessary 24 - 72 hours to update the info. over 1000 hours have passed and they charged me for 2 phones. The system sucks at bill me later I had been approved for purchases over $2,000 but now I am getting denied for a $600.00 purchase. my monthly pymt for the last 6 months ranged from monthly amounts of $200-$1620 but the representative and manager stated my new purchase was decline b/c of of pymt history and spending pattern. I've read nightmare stories about canceling LA Fitness memberships. At first I could not understand why people were having such a hard time canceling their memberships. Its as simple as filling out a form, placing it in an envelope, throwing a stamp on it and dropping it in the box. They are insisting I pay £650, when I wrote and cancelled. I tried talking to Natalie Marks, their credit controller who was extremely rude, cold and condesending. I had an account with Truworths that I last paid more than 3 years ago. I purchased an approved phone from Wal Mart and activated my service. Part of the plan is browser service. I was never able to access my browser and after repeated calls to their customer service department, and after requesting a new phone, which was initially approved I was told everything would be forwarded to the corporate office. So far this year I have had none of my medical problems taken care of. First I have a thick film forming under 1 of my implants after cataract surgery. Well altogether I have spent thousands of dollars at this furniture store. Everytime I have purchased furniture at this location I have been promised a certain delivery time and they can never meet it. I am not talking a reasonable delay I am talking, 5 weeks the first time, 2 1/2 weeks the second time, and of course the third time is not the charm it will be another 2 weeks past the delivery date promised.
