We had purchased a semi-auto washing machine with agitator. We had a cleaning problem and also the shutters of the tubs are not properly fitted and they remain open, we have to put some weight on the shutters of the tubs. At home rewards calls my cell phone 10 times a day from caller id 800 266 9420. If you ask them how they got your nnumber, they hang up but don't stop calling. They tell you you've won a reward and tell you the last 4 digits of your credit card. This is my cell phone and they call me during business meetings. read full review »

I went to eat with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. The air conditioner was set at a very uncomfortable 55 degrees on a 90 degree day. The lady in front of us asked why it was so cold and the manager told her it was to make sure that the staff was comfortable. The manager said that she felt it felt fine to her. I placed an order and she wouldn't raise the temp when I asked either. By the time we got our food, the food was cold because of the A/C. I took my car to walmart to have the tires rotated and balanced along with an oil change. I spent at least 100bucks at that store just to have my all purpose leatherman stolen! I bought a mercedes c 200 k from sanghi motors , nagpur on feb 2006. Within 15 days, I observed that the rear seats of the car is a misfit and gives an backache if I travell more than 25 kms at a streach. This is long but worth it. I come from a family of small business owners. My father and 2 grandfathers all owned small retail business'. I have been having issues with this company for years. They routinely call our office and ask whoever answers the phone to "verify the shipping address" for supplies that we have never requested. Every time I attempt to cancel the order or to return it I am told that that we "approved" the order by giving the shipping address. I have tried several times to get them to stop sending me supplies to no avail. I had a GM recall service done on my 2001 Yukon XL and the fuel pump failed 7 days afterward, stranding my family for 3 days in a distant location. GM Customer Service says there is no relationship to the recall repair and the fuel pump failure based upon the service station's reply to their telephone inquiry. There was no indications of failure prior to the recall. The service center had to remove my tank and drain it to enter the tank. The wiring harness that was changed was connected to the fuel pump. Liverpool servis washing machine. bought a servis washer on the 26th of November from great universal catalogue. I was woken with a bang and a flooded kitchen I called servis who gave me a date for an engineer to visit. I had over a week to wait and was told between the times of 8am and 5pm. We purchaced an LG LCD television and LG "French Door" refrigerator on 7/12/06. At the time the salesman asked if we'd like BB to come out and set up the tv. We declined. I had purchased one Videocon Television on October 31, 2005. I had logged a compliant 15-20 days before and about my television in Videocon Service Center and my complaint number is DJV6I17000. After logging the complaint the first day an engineer from videocon come, but he was unable to fix the problem. He committed us to come next day to fix the problem but neither he nor any other engineer comes to attend the complaint. I have had numerous unfriendly interactions with the customer service department with Nextel in the 2-3 year course of my contract. This is an unfortunate story about what happened this afternoon. My wife and I went to a Starbucks at Georgetown, Washington, DC to get an iced coffee. On 11/02/2005, I took my car to Price’s Auto Service to have the water pump replaced. When the car was brought in, Price’s showed us some bent intake valves from another engine. I was warned that the same thing could happen to my car, unless I had the timing chain serviced at the same time. I agreed to have the additional work done. On July 4, 2006 I won a bid on a ring from auction riot.com, I still have not received the ring and it was paid for on the same day I won the bid plus shipping cost. I bought this iron from Lowe's a couple months ago. I sent in registration. At first I loved the iron, however I can't put water in it! When I try to steam the water leaks out the bottom, I have water spots all over my clothes. My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt from Bill Heard Chevrolet in Columbus, Georgia. I received a phone call to my cell phone that I didn't recognize and I ignored it --- but then I googled it - and found your website. Back in December of 2005, some 7-8 months ago, someone else said this number was a repeat offender of unsolicited phone calls. Unsolicited phone call from 972-661-8208 - a Dallas exchange. I had only used this new cell phone number in emails to online extended car warranty companies, as far as I can recall...one in Maryland and the other one in Boston. This is a major business that intentionally rips off its customers. The business should not be allowed to charge so much interest and sometimes charges that are not explained. I was recently ripped off by RAC here in Galveston Texas. I had been a customer of RAC since 1998. My first purchased from RAC was a bunk bed set for my daughters and to say it was paid for and I did not have much hassle from them.
