UPS service is getting worst. It is impossible to speak to a representative, there is no phone number posted on their web site and they never give any specific reason or apology for poor service. The reason for this is because they are paid by the businesses that use their service to ship to the customer and since the business pays UPS, UPS has no loyalty to the end receiver which actually pays for the shipping. Circuit City (OXNARD, CA) had advertised a View Sonic 17" flat screen computer monitor at $229 with a $50 rebate so thought it was worth a look. I purchased a Boscov's front load washing machine for $650 and a warranty for $150. It's been broken for three weeks. Hughes requires automatic access to your credit card for billing. They billed me twice last month. My card company, Hughes, and me on a conference call found that Hughes had no record of a double billing. So, the card company credited me for the second billing. Recently I closed an account with MBNA Visa because they would not lower my interest rate.
