I purchased a pink wedding gown and slip in late December 2005. After taking my measurements I called a service rep. to discuss the size of the dress since according to there size chart I would order a size 12 dress...I am a size 6. My daughter had joined on a Saturday to lose 12 pounds (which was not needed). We called later that day but they were not there. They are closed on Sunday's. We went back on Monday to cancel at Springfield, PA center. They said she would probably not get $149.00 back because that was for medical history which includes taking blood pressure and weighing. I volunteer as an EMT and it takes about a minute to do both things. We got a check for $63 because she gave $212. You could not do anything to stop them and go on and complete your order. I finally hung up. I have no idea if the order went through or if I'm going to receive what I ordered. We moved from California to Pennsylvania on march 25th'2002. We had our stuff moved on 23rd march'2002 which we had them deliver to us on 3rd may 2002. At the time of packing and moving we took an insurance of $10,000 with 0% deductible and we paid $200 for it. Many 2002-2004 Polaris Virage and Gensis watercraft have warped hoods. The warp occurs in the front of the hood where the hinge is attached to the hood. The basic problem is that the hinge is stronger than the hood and when the watercraft sets in the sun the hood in too weak to retain it shape. Has anyone else noticed that the Paper Plate companies, in their manufacturing procedures and packaging, actually “stick” 3 plates together “lightly” so that consumers don’t notice that when they grab for one plate – they actually grab 3 plates? The packaging says “50 plates”…or “100 plates”….but by the time you grab one plate which is lighly adhered to 2 other plates, you go through them pretty quickly – and this is wasteful to our environment. I booked my auto to be transported 3 weeks ago. 2 days before the scheduled pick up, I pro actively called the dispatcher to make sure he had the directions to pick up the vehicle. I was then told that was not scheduled for a pick up because Grass Valley Transport provided him with the wrong phone numbers and did not make an effort to get in contact with me.
