We supplied trainers for UNI Strategic to carryout courses in Bucharest. Contracts were signed with UNI and the courses carried out. Feedback from the company that recieved the training from our instructor was very good. They paid UNI Strategic Pte in full for the course but UNI Strategic Pte have failed to make payment. The course was carried out in November 2010 and we are still fighting for payment in July 2011. I have called on numerous occassions to the South African Airways Voyager Call Centre to have missing miles updated to a Voyager account. I was requested by the Call Centre agen that the original boarding passes need to be posted via registered mail in order for the miles to be allocated. Beware of Vivastay, they have poor cancellation policies and even worse customer service. I booked with Vivastay and needed to cancel. Their cancellation policy states a minimum of one night. One night is standard in the hotel industry. However, they charged me 2 of the 3 nights I booked. They offered no explanation or reason why it was more than the minimum.
