They call from a 909 number sometimes and other times a 714 or 310 number. I wish they would stop calling. I don't who they are but they use foul language on the phone and yell at me. Was told the price of service and received a bill completely different then what I was told. The person giving me the cost of procedures ensured me the price was correct. He also tried to convince me to have procedures not needed. His practice is more about capitalizing on the patient and not their care. There is no integrity in the medical field where doctors only want more money. Be very careful I had second opinion on the services he told me I needed-he was only trying to take my money. AETNA has sent me a brochure and email advising myself and family to take annual preventive check up with my Doctor last year end. I paid my premium for the entire year and went for the physical for first time. ( Annual physical is 100 % covered without deductible per AETNA !) I ordered printer cartridges, they sent me refilled cartridges. These are one time use, and will not work when refilled. They sent one replacement, but now refuse to refund because they say I am past the 45 day refund period. They sent me several e-mails proposing "solutions", and thus forced me past the 45 days. I took out a contract in December 2010, first I was told that each phone will recieve R89pm on each phone. Then when the end of the month came it was recharged with R49 for each phone. I have been emailing Unisa regarding that fact that no one seems to have failed ECS1601, I studied really hard for the subject and got 34% and they gave me a supplemantary which is not right as you only qualifty for a supplementary exam if you get 40-49% for a subject. Was told to call a diff number. Couldnt get through. Called CenturyLink, was told they would credit my bill. This months bill has a $49.99 credit and then a new charge for the same amount.
