I have been trying to get my mortage straitened out for over 5 months.I have western union reciepts and then they tell me those were not accepted(Never heard of that) Option one always wanted Western Union. Be warned a lot of small business sign up with this company on a 12 month contract when that contract ends u have to give them 30 days written notice that u r going to leave them if not then there is a clause in the contract that u have to pay for a further 6 months line rental which amounts to 203.00 even if u do not have a contract with them anymore. This woman ripped me off when dealing with my wedding flowers. I paid her a lot of money up front and the day before the wedding i rang her to check that everything was in order. Beware buying a wow time card from this company. They take your order and say they will call you to confirm. They do not ask you for your telephone number but somehow obtain it from Pay Pal. They never call and when after many hours of waiting you ask for a refund they charge you a fee. I have been trying to use the companies contact us site to cancel my subscription and get a refund but with no satisfaction. Also i have tried using there support option but it dosn't load, it comes up with this page has expired. We reserved a local residential move in Ohio with Authorized Movers for May 1, 2008. They sent our confirmation date and time as May 1, 2008 between 8-10am. First off, when you enter their taxis the first thing they do is ask if you're a customer of Dave's Minibus, if you say you've used them they charge you double as they have a problem with this other company.
