In late 2000 we spent almost £20000 having Hammonds refit all four of our bedrooms. The saga of getting them right lasted almost a year. I ordered and paid for furniture from eClick in April 2008. Some arrived but 3 items didn't. The items that didn't arrive came to a total of £337.00. ABSA VF Consultant Jackie has been contacting me in an average of 4 times a day demanding payment, which i have already made and faxed and e-mailed the confirmation to ABSA. She is rude, she shouts, threatens to take my car and is generally unpleasant and requires training if she is to deal with clients. She hangs up while you try to explain yourself, she harasses you. There is nothing further that I can do. The money was transferred and I have all relevant documentation in this regard. Is this how ABSA staff treat paying customers? I signed up for a Universal Credit card with Universal Credit Bank in July of 2008. Now I've discovered that ID Watch Dog has withdrawal 21.97 from my account without my permission and have attempt to withdraw a total of 7 times from me. Universal Platinum didn't tell me in small print about additional charges for signing up or releasing my info to a second and third party. First Tennessee Bank has signature cards on file for all of its customers, yet the bank will cash fraudulent checks. I am a victim of this banks lack of responsibility and concern for its customers, and I know of others who are also victims. If checks are stolen or mailed to the wrong address, and crooks decide to have a celebration at the dustomers expense, First TN does not refund your money. This is wrong. This company (scam) calls at least three times a day. Several times, they have hung up just as I answer. I have call waiting on my phone and when they call, and I'm on the phone with a business client, I miss words while it is beeping. I have asked them politely each time to take this number off of their calling list and they respond that they will. Then, the next day, I get three or four more calls. I have started asking for their number so that I can call them and disturb them all day long. They usually hang up then but one did give me a number that turned out to be bogus. I have requested a return of the (2) costumes I purchased at Party city.com and they will never email me back for a return autorization...they are a scam, I am stuck with these costumes that do not look anything like what I purchased online, and this is how they trap the buyer. We had AM & G Soundproofing 2 bedrooms, hall, living room and kitchen. I advised we had problems with banging from upstairs impact and airbourn noise.
