I have been trying to get one $6.00 replacement standard left runner for my Set It and Forget It since November 2007. I have a packing slip dated 1/7/08 Order # 00023817 that came with the right runner not the left! I have been trying ever since to get the correct part. I have talked with 4 different customer service representatives and one Supervisor beginning in the first part of April until the present. I have the dates, names and responses from each one telling me something different about the supposed ship date. I can provide these if necessary. I sold my Marriott Timeshare through IA Vacations. The closing company they use is American Timeshare Closing, LLC. The closing was completed in April, 2009, and now at the end of September, 2009, I am still awaiting my payment for my timeshare sale. I requested a status in June, and was told that they were very busy, but my check will be mailed soon. I am still waiting. Subsequent e-mails have gone unanswered. Back in Oct 07 I was taken in be this companies sales story. I payed first of all £609 for them to sell for us. Promised a sale in 8-10 weeks. Feb 08 we were told that our timeshare was being bought by a company called Full Circle as this was the easiest way for them to make a sale, we paid a further £965 for legal fees. After two years of awaiting a response on how to get the replacement. I gave up. Repeated email, phone and by mail itself has had no response. I have 5 credit cards with HSBC (NEVER AGAIN) I recently got hurt at work and need surgery. I have filed a claim with the disability section of the credit card company. One was addressed to my husband for a discount of 77%, and one was addressed to me for a 67% discount... both the same order forms to the family. One was sent to our former address. This company claimed I set up an account with them (I didn't) ordered a product (I didn't) and then charged me for it. I never recieved the product, and was charged almost $80 for it. They refused to reverse the charges and suggested I wait to recieve the product. They gave me a tracking number for the us postal service and when I checked that number it said it was delievered. We hired a skip from this company last year and asked them to collect it 3 months ago. They consistently lie about picking it up and basically, because we paid up front and they have to pay to dump the rubbish won't collect it. This has caused much angst with out neighbors. Truly Nolan has become one of the biggest pest control companies in SW Florida. Why? Scam tactics. If you call them for any service, they will automatically sign you up for extended contract services. If you do no want this, it requires several phone calls to opt out and they still expect payment for the time they signed you up. It doesn't matter if you use their services or not.
