I recieved an email on 2/18/09 stating that I had sent the wrong textbook in for a buyback. I tried calling the return desk on Friday 2/20/09, to which I left a message with no reply. I still have not heard anything back from anyone at the company. The initial person I spoke with for customer service did not answer until I had called back for the third time, and when I did finally talk to him he sounded as if he was too busy smoking a joint to answer the phone the first two times I called. I called for a sample that they offer for only $12.83 and they promese the product for the next 5 or 7 bussiness days. They charge that amount and I never got the product, they they star charging my credit card with funky amounts. I called my bank because not only I never got a thing but they charge for a full order plus other amounts. This is was on May 5 and still charging, today is the 26 and they just charged me 24.99 and 24.99. As of 8/21/08 I was telephoned that the realtor (remax) sold my timeshare units and would receive payment approximately 10/21/08. Since that time the realtor became associated realtors. Fraudulent Billing Practices I signed for services with TOPLOGORINGTONE.COM, and a few seconds…not even a minute, sent and e-mail cancelling my service. Afni-Bloom has also damaged my credit by reporting a debt from 1998! I knew nothing about this debt, and received no notification from them regarding this! I caught when I was applying for a mortgage- my scores dropped more than 30 points! The lender has required me to pay this ($1,200.00). I purchased a red wool coat from Benneton one year ago. The quality of the wool is so bad that it appears to be at least 6-10 years old even though I have not worn it much and have taken care of it. Dry cleaning does not help. It has picks all over it particularly on the collar, cuffs, and front opening. Superlative sales reps sign you up for a one year contract to have a website hosted through them. What they don't tell you is that the contract automatically renews for another year on its anniversary, and they will not cancel mid-contract. Customer service rarely returns a phone call or responds to an e-mail. AutoLogix promised me a new motor for my purchase. What I received was very used, damaged, and the wrong motor for my truck. They promised pictures and I never received any.
