I received this product with the promise that if I was not satisfied in 14 days, I could cancel. The fine print on another page states that they will charge for the bottle that was sent, however, I was charged for the bottle and for something called Sky Berry, that I did not recieve, nor did I order same. It is a damn shame that these people and others like them are able to make a fortune off of honest people. You have to figure that they have sold to many thousands of people, and at 87.13 per bottle, they are cleaning up. In February 2008 iGo Mogul a website builder called me on the phone. The sales pitch he gave me sounded perfect for what I was looking for to get started on my website. He told me there was five ways I could make money threw there program. I would make money from Google Adsence by putting Pay Per Click ads on my website. Then I could make by my store that I would have in my site. I would get pay for writing blogs for Writzilla and couple other ways I have not found yet. I ordered a cell phone charger from them 10 days ago. I received a confirmation of the order, but no shipping notice. And when I try to go to their web site now, it can't be found in DNS.

Ordering and paying on same day for three products over two months ago, the third product has still not gone to stitching. None were in stitching process by week 6 and not until after I emailed them requesting status. Within a week, I recevied the first. The second item was received with shoddy and poor workmanship, beads falling off before I could remove it from the bag. Third Item still not ready for stitching.

I got charged 2 times and never received the product, even if they were replying to my e-mails, they were not answering my questions.
I ordered the trial, never received apparently got stuck at Canadian custom for some reason, they told me they can send me another BUT they charged me again!!! What is that???

Buyer beware when looking for used cars at the Mazda, Biggers Auto Group. Back in May 2009 I was looking to purchase 2 used vehicles...the one looked pretty good, a few problems but nothing alarming.
Went to purchase the one...and was still in the market for another, since I was there it just made sense to look at what they had for another economy car. They had one that over all looked clean. I ordered shoes on 4/12/09 - my credit card was charged immediately. I waited for the shoes and after more than 10 days I called and emailed. All calls went to the answering machine (even though "Jim" promises a "live" person to speak with). I finally received the shoes on May 1, 2009 and they were the wrong shoes. I then called and sent 2 emails seeking a return authorization. I have received no response. Beware of XM Brands!
This company offers a weight loss program promoted through spam emails. It begins with a "free trial" sample which turns into an automatic monthly charge of $139.00
The trouble is, they don't send out the free trial until there is no time left to cancel enrollment in the program. Once you are enrolled, it is extreemely difficult or impossible to opt out. I submitted an order for some Carole Martin bras on September 18, 2008, enclosed a check in the amount of $33.89, which posted at my bank on October 9, 2008. After trying to confirm product shipment, which should have been received by now, I did a Google search and found all the complaints against Carole Martin for the same reason (orders that were paid for but remain unfulfilled and no way to contact vendor directly.) this company calls me sometimes up to 20+ times a day and EVERY SINGLE time i answer the phone they hang up on me.. I know its not an automated machine because i can hear the person on the other end shifting papers and also the other operators in the background. I have tried calling back and speaking to a supervisor and i am always hung up on my the supervisor. when searching this website claims to sell authentic louis vuitton bags at reduced prices. It at no point states they are replicas. The website is shoddy, you are often told your account details are not valid. Their 24hr msn support chat does not work, and they pick and choose the queries they respond to. They will not honor their extended warranty if it includes the need to open up the motor. Bastards!! My motor vibrates above 11mph. 10 mph or less it is fine and runs smooth. This is a SunL/Aim-Ex 110cc ATV. I bet it is something stupid like a bad roller, or a stretched belt on the CVT. They sold me that extra warranty for $150, and then told me the condition was unrepairable. The next step was for them to offer me $200 towards another machine and take the $700 110cc one back. These crooks promised me the ability to fund deals and that they would provide backroom support. They lied and the owner operator is a fast talking snake oil salesman. Stay far away from these folks, they'll sign you up for $20, 000, have you attend the training and then you'll never here from them again. They took my contact information, as well as my cc number and informed me that I would receive the listing in the mail within 3 days. I bought a $40 space heater from Target. I only noticed when I got it home that was damaged, there were parts ratting around inside. I didn't even open the box. A few days later I took it back for an exchange. I could not find my receipt.

I am totally misguided by the misleading advertisement of HP about its printer HP Officejet Pro K 550. The design of the printer is hopeless. Brainless design, mindless manufacturing and dumping on the customers for their fate. The printer jams more frequently. It takes its own sweet time for the print to come. It is not easy to feed the printer. You have no chance to see and feel, if you have placed the papers in the tray properly or not. The printed doc is thrown out. You had it, once there is a paper jam.

For the third time I have tried this Pizza Resturant and I'm am so disappointed. The breadsticks were burnt to a crisp along with the pizza. Barcalounger says they are the best build recliner, but under regular use the metal frame broke in two. This same frame is used in lazyboy recliners and they are having the same problem. I am the victim of identity theft. LPC cards issued a $7500 line of credit (probably to linked cards sent to another address). I did not apply for or authorize this credit request. There was not even a complaint or customer service number on the paperwork I had recieved I had to notify them of the fraud by email or surface mail. They need better approval methods.
