I have reported him to Tennessee Better Business Bureau who have many many complaints about him, but he will not respond to them. I purchased a starter online and they sent no confirmation, no receipt, nothing. Finally, they sent an email saying my order had been processed, but gave me no tracking number. When the part arrived, it was not the correct part.
