In the first month of having a new phone number, Zoom-i-Net hit me with 4 fraudulent charges for a long-distance service I did not order. In my mind, that they charged me 4 times in one month for what is described on my bill as a monthly service is clear evidence that these charges are fraudulent. I replaced a cunstomers roof due to storm damage. The home owners insurance paid to replace the entire roof approx. $15, 000.00. The fhome owners insurance compny issued a 2 party check with his name and also Citimortgage's name. It took at least 3 weekd for the the mortgage company to send the check back to the home owner. After 4 or more years with Bank of America, I was never late, never missed a payment but suddenly get a letter raising my interest rate to 30%. Once I realized this I called them to see if it was a mistake, but it turned out a mistake to call them, they closed my account and forced me into a repayment program, which was a lower rate but also damaged my otherwise great credit standing by closing the account. I was told if I did not close the account they would anyway and then charge me high interest!. Zecco Trading has so far been my worst experience ever, though I haven’t dealt with many online brokers. I was lured by the concept unlimited of free trades in the past (the $30.00 yearly maintenance Fee wasn’t an issue) & decided to try it with a small IRA account as a test, about $5, 000. I have a new email address and wanted to go in to my back office and make changes. Nonetheless, I had photos to upload to the site. My password and user name doesn't work for some reason. I've sent over 10 emails asking for help. The only thing I get is an automatic response for me to make changes in my back office. This has gone on for 3 days now. Travel Guard insurance was included with a travel package I purchased. My flight was delayed causing me to miss a foreign connection until the next day. I filed for compensation with Travel Guard on return from my trip. Three months later I got a call saying my claim was invalid because the airline was at fault. They said that I could write a letter and include receipts and I may still have a claim. I already had to get documentation from several places including the airline and didn't feel that I needed to jump thru more hoops. I think that this is their plan to wear you down and give up.
