They will not honor their extended warranty if it includes the need to open up the motor. Bastards!! My motor vibrates above 11mph. 10 mph or less it is fine and runs smooth. Barcalounger says they are the best build recliner, but under regular use the metal frame broke in two. This same frame is used in lazyboy recliners and they are having the same problem.
