I purchased the water and ice dispenser. After the warranty period I notified Air N Water the product only dispenses 1 Liter of water at a time which is not part of the product description. I paid to have the unit returned. They shipped a new unit. This unit does the same thing. I requested shipping labels to return the product and get a refund. They refuse to send shipping labels and state they will only ship yet another unit but will not comment if it should dispense more than 1 liter at a time. I cancelled my service on May 6, 2009. I RELUCTANTLY accepted the fact that Cleartel does NOT pro-rate service, so I would still have to pay for the balance of May. In. Feb, 2008 we refinanced our home through Castle Point Mortgage. At the closing we signed a document that indicated a flood determination was completed prior to the closing, and it indicated that we were NOT IN a special flood hazard zone. I received great service until I paid him to design a logo for my company, then although the website states "Fast turnaround" I am still waiting on my logo (about a month later). In addition, the samples he has provided so far were poor and lacked creativity. This was a waste of my money, not only the quality was mediocre but I have yet to see a finished product and it's is a month later since I made payment. I have had my materials for over a year. They want you to travel up to 100 miles to take the exam. If you live in a small area and don't have transportation, too bad. They refuse to give me my money back because I haven't taken the test. I also have a disability. They don't tell you the job requirements over the phone. I ordered a free trail of this product one month ago. They never sent the free trail, or anything else, yet they charged me over $80.00 on my credit card. They will not allow you to contact them by phone, they put you on hold then disconnect. You can not contact them by e-mail either. My daily rate according to the contract was 169.89 plus tax and a $200.00 deposit which would be credited back to my credit card upon the return of the vehicle. The companies have got my creditcard details from a photobook company called Photobox. In total I have been debited £ 50 as I had not discovered the debits until now.
