Incident I started service with Alltel on January 30th 2008 and canceled service on February 2nd, 2008. All equipment was returned to the Metro Center location in Phoenix on January 3rd, 2008. After calling Alltel to let them know that I had returned the equipment to the store, they informed me that I have an outstanding bill of $133.31 and that they do not pro-rate and all fees must be paid. I was dumb enough to fall for something that wasn't even explained properly. The seller never did get to the point as to how you could make money. I thought there was some reference to writing reviews of products or services. Some sort of advertising copy writing. Central Coast Nutra charged my credit card $ 41.95 for 2 additional products that I did not order, nor was I given a confirmation form showing exacatly what I would be charged. DO NOT ORDER FROM MARQUEL. I placed three order, the most recent in June, and was completely satisfied. However, Marquel charged my debit card for almost $60 this past September, when I had not placed an order, and they have been 100% impossible to contact for resolution. There is a woman in the communications department at Intralinks named Julie Mandelbaum who is just nasty and negative to anyone and everyone who comes into contact with her. She constantly complains, never praises and blames others for things that are not their faults. She's condescending and horrible. Don't ever work near her. This company have frozen my joint account with my husband. I contacted the company and told them I was never served, and after talking with a Mrs Davis, we realized that this credit card was never mine to begin with. The name is not the same, the address is incorrect, and I never got notified of anything. Prior to ordering an engine I called the sales dept. to get an est. on how long it would take to get the engine. I was told by the salesman, "if I ordered it on a Monday, it would be shipped to me by Friday. The engine was ordered on 8/18/2008, today is 10/08/2008 and no engine has been shipped. I call almost daily and get no help. I did finally get to cancel the order. Now when I call about my money being refunded I am told there is no person I can talk to about when I'll get it back.
