I sent away for a 'free trial' During the trial period I was unhappy with the product and tried calling their number to cancel BUT their phone number doesn't work and you are refered to another number which claims that it is the 'rewards center' but again BOGUS! I went back on line to try and cancel yet, once, twice, thrice again I was unable to cancel. I don't know who this company is but, they showed up on my bank statement and they have been deducting $34.00 some odd dollars from my bank account and I'm trying to locate then or find a way for my bank to stop this deduction. I have had two charges from this company. 1st on the 17th of December 2008 and then again on January 5th 2009. I do not know anything about this company. My love affair with our thirteen month old Sharp Aquos LC-32D40U fizzled out over a period of months. Blackouts began shortly after we purchased the television and became more and more frequent.
