I asked my service to be cancelled and apply my security deposit of 39.95 towards final bill. Paid the final bill in september 08. Got an email from customer service that I owe nothing. Guess what in October got a new bill with one call from september and 9.95 late charge plus 39.95 they never deducted as a payment from my security deposit. I paid my mortgage in march on citi mortages web site. Citi morgage doubled my payment and explained it as a glitch in there system. The also stated that it would take a minimum of five business days for them to credit the unauthorized amount back to me. Four months after installation of our fence by this company, the gate would not close because the fence was starting to lean. We tried multiple times to contact the owner to honor his 3 year warranty. He left us a message saying he'd come look at it, but never did. I recently awoke from a nightmare involving Tony Waters at Pro Import. I had a problem with my vehicle, so I dropped it off at Pro Import in Winter Haven.
