I lost my birth certificate and needed to find a fast way to get a copy. I entered 'copies of birth certificates' in the search engine and got the above website where they made me believe they could get me a copy of my birth certificate for $19.99. So I paid the fee and all it did was bring me to the real website where I had to pay again. This company hides under the names of other websites and you don't see who is getting your money until you pay through paypal. our bank flagged us that this was a risky transaction minutes after my wife placed the order. i tried to contact them immediately to cancel the order but there is no customer service contact number and their help ticket wouldn't work. the help ticket kept saying that the form was incomplete. so, i have no way of getting in touch with them. after the fact, i started to research the company and found many examples of unsatisfied customers and downloads that didn't work. i'm hoping for the best but the situation seems shady from the start! we'll see if I ever receive any downloads. read full review »

GlobalTel Link has the worst customer service I ever seen. I would like to see someone else take over this company that will do a better job. I was sent an offer for 0% interest for 18 months on any balance transfers over $100. I signed up for the account and initiated the transfers. I was charged 8.99% on my first bill for my entire transfer. I called the customer service line and was told they did not have any record of my 0% offer. I was charged $84.24 in interest from them and will have to pay $381.43 to transfer my balance back to my original account. Rite Aid offered a rebate for an item that the store was out of. The store manager issued a rain check for the item and stated the store would honor the rebate even though the item would not come in until after the rebate period ended. Order ID # 2092253 I ordered Wu-Yi tea in hopes of losing weight. As directed, I drank a cup in the morning and before dinner. It was disgusting. On October the 17th I had an adt alarm system installed in my house. I was promised a 100.00 gas rebate by the representative. When I received the rebate coupons, it seems I could only redeem 1 per mo. I sent my first one in October. No response. I sent another one in November. No response. Company took $300 from me stating that I would be given quality leads from people looking to do work with my business or my level of expertise. What I have got from them is headache, unverified leads that 6 out of 8 have been invalid leads (ie bad numbers, not looking to get work done, angry people stating they did not work done or didnt know what I was talking about). Back in December of 2007, I received a phone call from Jan Ward(?) of I.C. Systems, Inc. with a phone number of 585-966-9361(?) threatening me with bad credit ratings and lawsuit if I didn't pay my outstanding bill (which I had no knowledge of assuming the two insurance companies I had coverage with, had paid the claims). I responded to a Southwest Airlines $500 ticket offer and ordered two $1.00 trial offer items, but the packages arrived with unsolicited Hoodiawater and Hoodiburst gum included. COMPLAINT: I ordered 6 printer cartriges for my Dell printer from Swap Ink (Swapink.com). The cost of the order was just under $90 and I received free shipping on it. When it arrived several days late, the box had only one cartrige in it. This company is a scam, they automatically charge your account 15 days from the date of shipment of a product and process monthly orders to keep charging your account. Most people don't even see the charge until after their statements come in the mail and it is too late to get the refund for the "free" product.
