My wife and I modified our loan in Dec. we went from an ARM to a fixed rate for 3 years. 5 months later we received a letter telling us our loan is going to be adjusted and our new payment would be $250 more. We nearly lost our house and it was like pulling teeth to get them to modify in the first place. We were so happy when they finally modified, but now they are going to try and be sneaky and make it adjustable again. I am going to be getting myself an attorney to fight these people. A One Dollar charge appeared on our debit card. This solitation was unauthorized and we do not want and did not request to be members of this service. The One Dollar charge must be removed from this checking account and this membership be canceled or we will take action with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. When we tried to do this by telephone, we submitted our home phone and it was recognized and we are not going to include our debit number, so that another charge could possibly be credited. i made a booking for a hotel in galway last thursday through this site but never received a confirmation e-mail. I received an e-mail saying i am now a member of the cheap hotels resort and can access my booking through the resorvations@cheaphotelsresorts with a password and my e-mail address. This did not work when i tried to do this. I rang the hotel in galway and they have no such booking in my name. When i checked my credit card the money was taken from it. On May 9, 2008, I ordered a part for my 3 burner grill. When completing the order I was given the choice of having the part shipped via FedEx Ground, which I chose. I purchased a Kenmore Dishwasher barely over 1 year ago. We had our fist problem less than 5 months after owning the dishwasher. They told us that a thermostat burnt out and they replaced it. Now 1 month after the warranty ran out the thermostat went out again. Sears refused to help me without charging me a service charge and a charge for the part. I had booked the flat with Ittina Abha, but after reading the negative reviews I decided to take a step back, and cancelled my booking. During booking I paid 25,000, and was told it is 100% refundable. I had requested for cancellation on 18 Sep 2007, and till date I had not recieved any cheque or draft (10-Dec-2007).
