When it comes to rebate, this company is the KING of the scumbags. EVERY time I have purchased one of their products, be it from Fry's, Buy.com, Amazon, etc., there is a problem with the rebate. This time I purchased an MX-100 Hard drive enclosure from Buy.com back in March. Two months after I submitted the rebate, I called to inquire and was told it was never received. BS. This is another company that was sold to me over the phone. I don't know for sure if it was a sales rep from the company or a contracted telemarketing firm. They had enough information that it was a warm call. I never gave them my card number, but somehow, my "risk-free trial" became a paid charge on my bank card. I paid 20$ for King Cleaners to dry clean my brand new 200$ wool coat. When I picked it up 3 weeks ago, the coat had been shrunk and the wool was matted. The company, Enabling Devices (NY) double charged my credit card, and it was like pulling teeth to get a call back and to get my refund. The refund still has not come through. Judith from Destination Movers, was the one who called me and followed up with me on my move. Since I travel a lot I did not have real good time on hand for this Cross Country move. I purchased a class I hitch from Hitchfinder.com in Feb.2006. It was out of stock and took almost a month for it to arrived. I realized I needed a class II hitch and reordered the correct hitch which they charged to my credit card and was told I would get credit when they received the old one. I got an RMA # and shipped UPS. on 3/08/06 they received the hitch on 3/13/06. I still have not been credited with the refund. I have been sufferning this problem since the day i have taken Indane LPG connection, the dealer never receives the phone (landline, Mobile) which has been given on his communications documents. The deliver never happens in time and everytime i have to listen to his hard comments as "we can not say anything because there is no power and the computer is off". We got our pictures taken at this Picture Me Portrait studio in Walmart. They took the pictures and showed us a small blurred section of the photo and we had to decide whether or not we wanted to keep the photo. I purchased a Kirby Vacuum cleaner from Team One Promotions, after a HIGH PRESSURE sales deal. In less than 4 hours, I notified them to cancel the transaction after reading numerous complaints on the internet.
