My family had contracted with the funeral home for services for our loved one. After working with the funeral director, we overheard the office manager speak about us in a very derogative manner and make the comment that we should be charged triple because we were not mormon. I don't think she realized that we were outside of the office near the restrooms and could hear her conversation clearly. During a hard time, I think it is completely inappropriate for that type of behavior and discrimination. It shouldn't matter if we are mormon or not, everyone should be treated equally and I guess this funeral home does not believe in it. read full review »

Our Havanese, who is considered by the breeder, Lynda Denson, as a "Teenie Tiny", was born June 28, 2006. His name is Darby. I flew to Kansas City International Airport on September 19, 2006 to pick up Darby from New Hampshire. I missed many red flags, one being Mrs. Denson does not allow you to come to her home to see the puppies! She does not like you to ask questions and responds defensively when you do. Several months ag0, I ordered impact windows from Elite Screen Co.
After 6 months, I still have not received them.
I now find out the company does not have any money to buy the windows to be installed. They cannot supply the windows unless I send them money in advance and then they still cannot guarantee delivery.
I ordered the windows well in advance of the hurricane season..Now I am out thousands of dollars and have not windows.
& they do not have the money that I gave them, in good faith, to return to me. read full review »

Amoz and Thomas Lamb (owners) of Amoz-Lamb construction (Lambs Construction) are constantly cutting corners. Their work is sub-standard. I have pictures to show their shoddy work... While I do not blame the workers, I do hold Amoz and Thomas responsible. They have not followed our signed contract nor have they come close to following prescribed building codes. I WISH I COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT HOW GATEWAY COMPUTERS DOES BUSINESS. I PURCHASED A GATEWAY COMPUTER ON-LINE/BY PHONE LAST YEAR.
FROM THE DAY IT ARRIVED I WAS EMAILING WITH COMPLAINTS. THE PROGRAMS I WAS ADVISED TO GET FOR MY NEEDS WERE NOT AS PRESENTED AND NOT COMPATABLE WITH MY FORMER PROGRAMS.

I just pulled my checking account up and there was a charge of $6.78. I did not authorize this deduction and if somewhere it says I did, then it was unknown to me. I have no desire or did not have any desire to have this type of service. I've been ripped off like this in the past and I'm just sick of it. I apply for a payday loan and the next thing I know, my account is being charged for something that I did not order or want. 8-27-08 - Rock Island, Illinois - Received a call today from 936-856-8639 (Caller ID had no name, just Texas), a female was asking for my boss and could not pronounce his name, nor speak English very well. I applied for a loan online and never completed it, then the cash PDL called me a week later and asked why I never completed the transaction and did I want to? On 7/16/07 I ordered a sink from Sienna Sinks web site (Dallas, TX.). I received a confirmation, but items ordered were not listed. Sink arrived and when my contractor looked at the sink, it was not the sink I thought I had ordered.
I called the company and spoke to a man named Leroy (no last name). He agreed to send me the sink I wanted and have the previous sink picked up by fed-ex. We we consistantly told different rates for our loan and everytime they were called on it, they denied it. Closing costs went from no closing costs to around $5000 after all was said and done. Spent hours on the phone and faxing in documents. Was told that was it and then the next day was asked for tons more.
After the papers were signed, nothing. Not a call or message to make sure things were ok.

This dishwasher is terrible. It's two years old and I've had nothing but problems with it after a few months. The biggest problem is that it rinses the dishes with soapy water and then the soap dries on the dishes.
I've had "technicians" out here but they say they can't help me because my water is hard. Baloney. I've done every "fix" they have told me to do, run it with only vinegar twice, use a product called Lemi Shine, etc. Still the problem. Raison Engineers & Builders is bulling a society in indirapuram 'Raison Armor Homes'. The builder has asked the flat allottees to pay Rs 75 per sq. ft of super area for External Electrification Charges at the time of possession. This rate is very high.
Ashiana builder (just opposite to this society) is charging Rs 25 per sq. ft in their project opposite Rasion Armor Homes in Indirapuram. Another builder Rishabh is also charging Rs 25 per sq. ft. for EEC (again close to this society).
Such builders should be penalized by the regulatory bodies for not being transparent in charges at the time of flat booking. read full review »

For a few months, I would receive calls from this particular number. It was all times of the day. I work at night, so I sleep in the day. They would not leave any messages. I could hear several people talking in the background, and it would go on until the recorder ran out of time.
