I have told them repeatedly to stop calling because no one is here by the name they are asking for. I have instructed them to remove the number from their data base, but the calls continue. I purchased a clip-on hair extension from Beauty Plaza for $99.99 on 12/15/07. The receipt I was issued says that returns will be given store credit. When I attempt to return the product on 12/26/07 taking the un-opened package, I was told to read a small sign at the register saying in tiny print that all sales were final on 4 types of products. One of the listed products was hair products. I was thus refused store credit. I ordered a Canon SD850 camera, listed on their site for $243. I got an email back telling me to call them to complete the order. When I called, they told me that I had ordered a "foreign version" with menus in Japanese, a limited-use battery, and an incomplete warranty. They generously offered to provide me with a "US version" of the camera for $289. I purchased an 06 Thunder Mountain and upon delivery was told they would take care of the lo jack, keys that were missing and numerous other things. After one month and the run around I have not been taken care of. I find a problem which should have not passed inspection and the answer I got from Management is "NO COMMENT". I had recharged my data-card no.9373393274 for unlimited plan at Rs.1500/-. My net was terminated after just 3 days. Rcom officials say that the previous unlimited plan was of 1501/-and now has been changed to 999/-. No information of change in plan was given to users. I received unordered sample of this product in the mail and then started getting bills demanding payment. I was finally able to get someone from customer service by calling the number on the back of the billing (not the number in bold print on the front). It is 1-877-442-7700. The representative said she would take care of the problem immediately. I told her there were many reports on the internet of people who had received unordered products from this company. Sonny came highly recommended for our bathroom renovation. At first, he was super nice. Then he did our countertop wrong, instead of wall to wall, he decided he would leave each end 3 inches short!!! Who the heck does that. Then he blamed me for that... Then the subcontractors he got for the countertop cut the wrong hole size for the sinks. At first he said that was how it was suppose to be. I was at The Grant Instructor sight and agreed to pay $1.95 to access information that they advertised and there was absolutely no company policy that lead me to believe that there was any obligation other than the $1.95 that I authorized on my VISA card. I now understand that I was scammed by a company that was only looking for people's credit card numbers to bill monthly at $49.50. When I received my first credit card statement, this company, The Grant Instructor, charged me not once but twice in the same billing cycle. Bought a Yardworks Log Splitter at C.T. Took it home, used it to split three small pieces of wood and it broke. Never had the product more than 2 hours. I traveled to France last November. I had bought my tickets in April 2006, well in advance. A month before my departure, I was notified by the travel agent that my return date had been changed to 9 November instead of November 8, this with no reason attached! The airline warns you that if you decide to change any dates of your trip an additional $200 per ticket will be levied. I have my account with HSBC Singapore and am given an ATM card for cash withdrawal. While travelling in India, I visited one of the ATMs of HSBC to withdraw cash. While my request for cash withdrawal was being processed by the ATM, there was total power failure and the ATM stopped working.
