Hi all, this is to inform you guys about the pathetic technical service and customer service provided by hathway. They charge 550/- for 256 kbps for 1.5 gb download and they are not up to their expectations. They are not capable of providing uninterrupted connection at all. If there is no power on their end i have no connection at all! They even told me they cant do anything about it! I purchased the CD from the website carefully reading the fine print. After 4 weeks and 4 overdrafts on my account later, I just got DRI to refund to me the 39.97 charge they made to my account- and that was after I had to re-fax them their confirmation e-mail that stated that I was all set and that I would not be charged!! Only after purchase are you given ADDITIONAL products to purchase in order to make the program work and in order to complete the instructions for the refund policy. Computer will not detect wireless network. Other computers in my home do not have this problem. Spent several weeks on phone with technicians. Had it sent away for service. Had technician come to my home. Ask for a replacement - they refused and were very condescending. I have spent several months on this problem to no avail. I purchased a hair extensions kit from this place. The guns leaked from day one only to be told that we didn't use correctly. We then followed their instructions to the letter & they still leaked. After ongoing conversations, they finally replaced the guns with a new type of gun they were now carrying. A person by the name of Angel called me offering to help me rebuild my credit with the purchase of their credit card. They would debit my bank account (the call was on 2/27/08) on 3/7/08 and 3/14/08 $125 each for a total of $250, and in return they would issue me their credit card with an available balance of $2500 with no apr.
