Beware of John Blanks (aka Alt-F as his nick name). It was brought to my attention that John Blanks is an FHA APPROVED mortgage broker in the state of Arizona that is also involved in loan modifications with a DIFFERENT company. I signed up for the Vision Prepaid visa card and have had nothing but trouble ever since. They keep charing me point of sale decline fees of $2.95 even though my card did not decline.
