I was scammed for $8750 USD by Harry Loeb of Pizazz International LLC, Florida based company. It was rediculously simple. The guy offered products on alibaba.com I contacted him, paid the money through wire transfer and ... never received the merchandise. Harry Loeb doesn't answer his phone and cell. When calling to question a network charge on my bill I found out that the plans had changed. Good news: my old plan had a Quebec block of Time $6.00 for unlimited calling plus a $6.95 network charge; The new Quebec unlimited calling plan was $0.00, plus the $6.95 network charge!!! The Customer Service representative actually admitted that the $0.00 plan was in effect since she was hired 6 months ago- In my opinion this is theft - they continued to charge for a non-existing plan. We bought barcode scanners with Bankers Warranty extended warranty agreement. Called to report one of them is not working. Got the royal runaround for days by phone, email. They did everything possible to wear me down and not stand by their agreement. Finally I gave up. I'm not an American Express cards holder, recently a fews of my friends and I went to Nice, France and we brought a lot of branded bags like LV, Channel, Prada, Gucci. A major scam is going on, with 10+ DVD sales sites selling DVDs with popular series recorded from cable TV. The series are sold as legal even though they'll be illegal in 90% of the world. Beware of a scam artist by the name of Jason Booth who has represented himself as an owner of a condo at 1250 S. Indiana in Chicago's South Loop. He advertises "apartment for rent" on Craigslist. He represents himself as an owner. However, he was a tenant with no legal right to sublet. He rented the apartment to several potential victims and then split with their deposit. The communication from this company is horribly poor. They promise to call back and never do. They promise to e-mail and never do. And that is all before you actually have a problem. They booked several international tickets for me before I fell ill and collapsed. I did testing and was medically unfit to fly with the documentaiotn to prove it. This gym is very poorly maintained. Equipment broke for months. Even shower curtains are MIA for at least 3 months. Poor sanitary conditions (showers has mold and fungus), floor is always flooded and carpet has definite stench. Owner never responsed to any complaints, inquiries, emails, regular mails...etc...
