On taking closer inspection of my bank statements a DD payment of £19.95 showed as being taken from my account since January 2011. This was being paid to a company called creditscore matters. I have never opened an account with this company. When I complained and supplied my personnel details including address they have advised that they cannot find any membership details relating to me. I have asked on 4 occassions that they pay back the £100.00 they took from my account but I am just getting fobbed off and asked to send them my membership details (how can I if I do not have one). ILX, Los Abrigados in Sedona, Arizona offered a Voucher(good for one year) for a train ride on the Verde Canyon Train for 3 Adults for a 90 minute tour of their resort. My wife and I completed the tour in Sept 2008 and recieved the voucher. I was given the car freshener gels as a gift for my new Audi. So you can imagine my horror when i returned to my car to find what looked like gel ontop of my change holder above the gear stick. First i did not realise what it was then as i started to drive i noticed the freshener drip. Recently purchased a car from this dealer. I like the car so far but HATED the experience. I would have much rather spend $1 to $2K more and purchased through a reputable dealer. I paid extra to have some additional maintenance repairs done and 1/2 of the items were not completed. End result...dead car in less than 24 hours after purchasing.
