From the beginning of me getting the dish turned on i was suppose to receieve a $50 dollar pre-paid visa card, but still have yet to receive it. I have contacted them now a total of 5 times and each time that give me a phone number to call or a website to contact, with no prevail have i yet received the card with their thousands of apologies and their constant remarks of them telling me it's in the mail. I bought items from this seller on 7th May 2011 and paid using Paypal. I have not received my goods. They do not answer telephone calls or emails. Trying to open a dispute with Paypal but as seller asks you to allow up to 28 days for delivery this leaves little time to get a dispute up within the 45 day deadline. I just received a settlement letter from Afni. It says they are attempting to collect a debt for $700.41 for AT&T Mobility. I knew it was a scam when the phone number doesn't work and another fact that I have never had AT&T mobile and the letter says AT&T Mobility. The letter is dated 06/04/2011. I have just found out that I was billed three times for a single booking for a Qantas flight. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a Qantas representative in Australia who was unable to sort out my problem as all the credit card information for US booked flights is taken care of in New Zealand. Of course the New Zealand office was closed forcing me to wait. Meanwhile, my account is overdrawn incurring fees, my rent has bounced incurring a late fee. Vehicle with less than 5, 000 miles, less than a year old to be repaired. Was quoted it would take 17 days to fix it (2.5 weeks or so) but it took 8 weeks!! AND IT"S still not fixed! I am a patient of Dr. Moores'. I have had exceptional service from him and his staff. He works with each patient individually and truly cares about his patients. He will spend as much time as needed answering any questions that need addressing. I have had a couple of surgeries done by him. I travelled to mexico for a bariatric surgery to be done by Dr. Verboonen. After he took my payment he told me that he could not do the surgery and would not refund any of my money. He also works with a patient facillitator named Sheri Burke from International Patient Facillitators who forged my name on consent forms and posted a picture of me in a hospital gown on her web site.
