When I contacted the company I was told all jerseys are stocked in Canada and to ship it back to Canada would cost me an additional 18% for duties, taxes, etc... ($46.95). The workman arrived, carried out the cavity wall insulation however he drilled too far through the wall upstairs and as a result i have a large hole through the wall which looks very unsightly from the inside of my bedroom. In September/October 2010 I was contacted by phone by this company and told I could possibly be entitled to some of the PPI I had paid on loans to be refunded due to misselling. On 1st March I realised that two payment of £64.35 had been taken out of my bank under different names:- BRAIN BOOST and HEALTHY IDEAS. It was only after receiving a call almost immediately from my credit card company's fraud department did I know the site was in CHINA! In all innocense I bought 'free' AcaiReduce from a very convincing website. I payed 2 lots of £2.95 in postage for AcaiReduce and ColonCleanse which duly arrived a few days later.There were no apparent Terms and Conditions visible. When I looked at my credit card statement I had been charged 2 lots of £63.89 on the same day as the postage. Problem is that the service dates were in 2010 and 2011 and my uncle died in 2007. When I called Rotech, all I was told was not to worry - "they" realized they had made a mistake.
