I paid over $3K for a Sony XBR LX900 clearance item only to find out once the item shipped to my house that it was an open box item. When I purchased my item, the sales person said we would recieve the 2 PAIR 3D glasses with the TV but when Geek Squad came to install there where no glasses. I went back to the store only to be told that I was lying, the sales person denied ever telling me that I would recieve the 3D glasses with the delivery. After being prompted to us Ontrac Shipping by a delivery person, I decided to try it for my west coast shipping needs. I shipped a small box but once it was scanned it showed as an envelope. I was told it was a type o and gave it no more thought until it was lost. This was a high dollar shipment . I was very disappointed by the quality of a 1st Communion dress I purchased from them which I had ordered online. For my $120 I received a wrinkled dress with the beading falling off, with unfinished sleeves that had strings hanging. It was very unlike the beautiful photo on their slick website. They have a no return policy and according to the packing info I received they warn, "please be advised that our return policy is strictly enforced and we will not tolerate demanding emails or phone calls for refunds".
